I have been using them since around 2010. I have never had any issues with my things. No break-ins or damages to my things or to the space I have rented. If I have any questions, I just call, and they have answered right away. I even called after all the rains we got here and asked about any damages or flooding to the business, and the on-site manager was very helpful and very kind. The only thing I would change would be some kind of discount or holding on the monthly charges if you have been there for an amount of time like I have been. I was being charged an increase offen. I was notified that the business was sold in the New Year and within the first month was given 30-day increase notices, but at least it was a smaller increase. So I'm waiting to see what happens after some time, but I'm thankful for such a nice on-site manager, and sometimes it's worth a little more. But I will see. The business has lots of different kinds of security and has always been very clean, which I appreciate very much with my things there.“
